Hello! I’m Corinne Mathiopoulos, and I’m so glad you’re here! That means you’re ready to reclaim your time and let someone who gets it help carry the load!
I’ve been in the customer service and administrative world nearly my entire life! My journey started early. At 12 years old, my mom (an accountant and tax pro) had me reconciling my own checking account in QuickBooks. By 13, I had my first job with the Folsom Chamber of Commerce selling rodeo tickets, supporting office operations, and working directly with the public. I’ve been building on that foundation ever since!
When COVID hit, I was let go from my role as a surrogate coordinator. That setback sparked something in me. It was time to bet on myself! That very weekend, I launched I'm On It! Virtual Assistant Services from the ground up. I created the name, logo, website, business cards, filed my business license, and opened a checking account! By Monday morning, I was marketing on social media and landing my first clients! Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs all over the country with inbox management, invoicing, social media, scheduling, and so much more!
Outside of work, you’ll find me with my family, usually in the middle of a home renovation project! The list never ends! I’m a mom to two boys and a daughter, and I have an incredibly supportive husband who always pushes me to dream bigger! I’ve also been a gestational surrogate for three families, which, besides being a mom, was one of the most emotionally meaningful experiences of my life!
Academically, I’ve collected quite a few degrees! I hold AA degrees in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Natural Science, and Social & Behavioral Science. Most recently, I earned my bachelor’s in Marketing from California State University - Sacramento, class of 2025!
